1. Acceptance
These terms govern the website www.escbase.xyz, Escbase App on macOS and Windows, and related account, trial, Pro, installer, update, payment and affiliate services. By downloading, installing, signing in, paying or continuing to use Escbase, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Escbase sells desktop software, not templates. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and stop using the website.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter an electronic contract under Vietnamese law. Minors need consent from a legal guardian.
An Escbase account is created when you sign in with Google in the app or on the website. Trial, Pro, payment history and render rights attach to that Google account. You are responsible for your device, your session, and for telling us if you think the account is compromised.
Trial and Pro rights may not be resold, rented, password-shared or transferred unless Escbase agrees in writing.
3. Trial
Trial has no day limit. It includes 3 successful video renders, Escbase watermark and outro, 720p, and no batch. Failed, cancelled or incomplete renders do not use a slot. After 3 successful renders you need Pro to render again.
Trial does not convert into a paid plan automatically. Projects stay on your computer when render slots run out.
4. Pro
English checkout: Pro Monthly $5 for 30 days, Pro Yearly $20 for 365 days, paid once through PayPal. Vietnamese checkout is 99.000đ / 499.000đ through PayOS. No auto-renewal and no recurring charge. When it expires, renew manually if you want to keep rendering; remaining time is added according to the app’s renewal rules.
During a valid Pro term: unlimited renders, no Escbase watermark or outro. Price, term and features are shown before you confirm payment.
Template 3 customers may claim 30 days of Pro once. The term starts when you claim, not on the original template purchase date. The claim does not stack.
5. Payments and refunds
PayPal processes English checkout. PayOS processes Vietnamese checkout. Escbase does not store card or bank account numbers. You authorize Escbase and the payment provider shown at checkout to process the amount displayed to activate the plan.
Pro is digital software unlocked after a successful payment. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to the conditions shown at purchase and Vietnamese consumer-protection law. Send the order code and the Google email used to pay via Escbase Messenger.
6. License
Escbase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for lawful video production during trial or a valid Pro term.
- Do not bypass render, watermark, account or plan limits.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense or distribute the installer or engine beyond what is allowed.
- Do not reverse-engineer or extract source, except where the law clearly allows it.
- Do not use Escbase for fraud, malware, copyright or privacy violations, or content banned under Vietnamese law.
- Do not interfere with authentication, payments, heartbeat, updates or other people’s accounts.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of scripts, images, audio, logos and videos you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights to that material and to videos you publish on YouTube, Facebook or elsewhere.
Escbase does not take ownership of projects processed on your machine and does not store rendered videos on the website servers.
8. Local files and engine
Projects, scripts and exported videos stay on your device. On install or update, the app may download an engine (including components such as Python, Chromium and FFmpeg) to render locally. You need internet for sign-in, plan activation, installer/update downloads and payment.
9. Third-party services
Google (sign-in), PayPal or PayOS (payments, depending on language), and optional services such as ElevenLabs or social APIs have their own terms. Escbase does not control their prices, quotas or results. Voice-AI or API fees you connect yourself are billed separately and are not included in Pro.
10. Affiliate
The referral program pays 10% on valid Pro orders attached to a referral code. The server records the referral cookie; the first valid click counts. Self-referrals, fraud or commission manipulation may be rejected. Operating details are on the affiliate page.
11. Updates and availability
Escbase may ship signed app and engine updates. Updates may add, change or remove features for security, compatibility or improvement. The app may change while the product is still developing. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a bug-free app, or that every platform will accept every video.
12. Intellectual property
The Escbase name, software, interface, docs, watermark, outro and related assets belong to Escbase or its licensors. These terms do not transfer software ownership; they only grant the license in section 6.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Escbase is provided as-is, with no warranties beyond those the law does not let us exclude. Check videos before you publish and keep your own backups of important files.
To the extent the law allows, Escbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, lost-profit, data-loss or lost-opportunity damages from using or being unable to use the app. Nothing here excludes liability the law requires us to keep.
14. Suspension, governing law and contact
Escbase may suspend render rights, Pro or affiliate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or a serious breach of these Terms. Updates to the Terms are posted on this page; the effective date at the top is the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights where you live. Contact: m.me/escbasexyz.
